符合ASTM F1566 2014*新標準的試驗儀器設備
我們依據ASTM F1566 2014*新標準的技術要求相應的開發和更新了整套試驗儀器設備，是基于從2009年至2014年，歷經5年的時間，終于迎來美國材料協會僅對床墊頒布的*新的《評定內彈簧、彈簧床墊、床墊和床墊套的試驗方法》（Standard Test Methods for Evaluation of Innersprings, Boxsprings, Mattresses or Mattress Sets）這份標準，為此，我們依據ASTM F1566 2014*新標準的技術要求相應的開發和更新了整套試驗儀器設備.
我們開發的ASTM F1566 2014*新標準的試驗儀器設備更注重檢測技術、方法、測量分析更客觀真實實用，更寬廣范圍的適用于聯合國軟體床墊的核心單元，包括但不限于彈簧，氣室，和泡沫芯，未裝飾的基礎，也不限于獨立彈簧包建立的完成基礎和床墊結構。
其該*新系列ASTM F1566 2014試驗儀器的檢測項目包含:The durability test (Section 7), impact test (Section 8) and firmness retention test/surface deformation (Section 9) require upholstered samples. Firmness testing may be ran on un-upholstered components, innerspring units and flexible boxsprings (6.1 through 6.4), or finished mattresses or mattress sets (6.5 through 6.8). A standardized upholstery package is specified if evaluating a mattress core or un-upholstered foundation. These test methods are intended to be used on newly manufactured products.
